LGfL First Line Support

This support covers the effective operation of your broadband connection. We can troubleshoot connectivity problems as well as provide replacement equipment at short notice should any of the broadband equipment fail. This service also covers support for the usage of LGFL’s added value components, such as Meraki Mobile device management. We will also translate the technical information required for your firewall change requests to ensure continued operation of services such as CCTV and VOIP phone systems that need to be operational on the schools broadband connection.
